I don't like gyms or exercise but I love this place. No smelly carpeted hot yoga here. Good yoga guides!

I don't like gyms or exercise but I love this place. Just come for hot yoga but the other classes intrigue me.

I've been a longtime happy customer with Hapa Yoga. While they offer a variety of classes with various instructors, their barre classes have always been my favorite. If you want an intimate workout experience amongst a fun and easygoing group of people (no snobbiness or pretentiousness here!), this is the place to go!

My young daughters and I have been attending classes at this yoga studio for over 3 years. The instructors are fantastic and truly care about your individual needs and well-being. There are a variety of classes that appeal to every skill level and workout style. Their childcare services are convenient and the staff is kind and friendly. My girls and I love this place!!!

Hapa Yoga is my mommy happy place! Practicing yoga while having your little one safely in childcare right outside the studio is a prescription that EVER new mom needs! Classes: Great assortment of classes from everything to TRX to Power Yoga. With a salad bar assortment of offerings most class levels will sit right in the middle around level 2 with options to step it up or down as needed. Dat's Power 80 classes are my workout highlight for the week. They should totally add more! Facilities: Great facilities with nice locker rooms and showers. Both studios are nice and the large studio had a padded floor. Great for building your strength training but be care of your wrists in an inversion. Daycare: THE ICING ON THE CAKE! Seriously, getting in a real yoga class and a quick hour of alone time with the little one safely just outside the studio door is awesome. All the staff is wonderful and they do everything they can to work with you and your tots. I started with my daughter there at 4 months old and we did a an occasional time or two where she was so upset I got called out. But they always encouraged me to let her reset and try again later. Now we have no problems and I drop her off with ease knowing I can stay through Shavasana.

After visiting several other yoga studios to find the best fit for me, I ended up at Hapa Yoga. I found Hapa through Groupon, which had a great intro deal...20 classes for $52. I found 2 instructors that I absolutely loved and connected with, and attended both of their classes 4 times/week. I ended up becoming a member, and addicted to yoga. I have been a member for over a year now. The monthly membership fees are VERY reasonable ($69), about half as much as you would pay at any other studio. Although, I have heard they raised the prices for new members ($20 more a month or $89). The studio is clean and privately owned, which is great because I like to support local small businesses. This also allows more comfort and flexibility for members, rather than a corporate studio. I especially loved the heavily cushioned floor, which makes it easier to be confident when trying certain poses. I am sad to say that I am cancelling my membership. My work schedule has changed and the classes and instructors that I absolutely loved going there for, do not fit in my schedule anymore. In fact, one instructor has left, and the other is leaving. Don't get me wrong, there are still great instructors at this studio...you should definitely check out Angelica or Sonny's classes.

The location is great - close to the freeway, in a plaza, decent amount of parking as long as you don't arrive at the busiest time. The studio is clean - floors, bathroom, studio. They have several class times, and several different types of classes to choose from so it is very convenient for people with busy schedules. The owner and manager are very friendly. There are some star instructors here, who not only offer great verbal cues but incorporate actual yogic aspects into their teaching as well. Other instructors do not seem as experienced when it comes to guiding their students into postures effectively and safely. There have been rare occasions where the room was heated above what has been stated on the website (or at least the humidity was too high).

I have been practicing yoga for 17 years, having taken classes in several countries, and Hapa Yoga is one of my favorite yoga studios. The owner is totally committed to making the incredible gift of yoga available to everyone and especially to parents who need day care so that they can practice. And the joy and energy that the children bring is wonderful. There are an amazing range of classes and times available. The teachers are all very nice and experienced and dedicated. If a class is being led by a new and/or somewhat inexperienced teacher, that is noted on the very easy to navigate website. The website also has a very clear description of each class offered. The studio is new and super clean and the bathrooms are spotless. It is in a very convenient location with lots of parking available. The costs of classes are very fair and there are on-going specials for new students, experienced ones, and seniors. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just beginning, please try Hapa Yoga. You will be very pleased.

Hapa Yoga is one of the best yoga studios I have gone to. I found out about it through Groupon last year and after the initial deal was over I signed up with a monthly membership. All if the instructors are amazing and the owner Tina is very personable, down-to-earth, and a great business owner. The class schedule is quite convenient. If you are looking for a studio that is family friendly, this is the place, offering childcare and yoga for kids, as well as prenatal classes and mommy and me classes which I did with my little one. There are classes for ALL levels, including some really kick-your-butt classes if you are looking for an intense workout! Overall I have enjoyed all of my experiences at Hapa Yoga.

I love Hapa Yoga. They offer a variety of classes, and I've taken most and have loved them all. My favorites are Hot as a Mutha, CardiYO Sculpt, both Power Yoga 80 & 90 and TRX. My daughters have spent time in their childcare and have fun, especially when they get to help with the babies. They also take kids yoga with Linda and look forward to it every week.

My favorite yoga place! I have tried about four different places and found this is the one I came back to. The place is clean, organized, relaxing, and the instructors are top notch! I love also that there are no mirrors, that as a beginner I can go at my own pace and not feel inadequate compared to the other "rubberbands", but instead, learn by watching and practicing with others.

The owner is nice, place is clean, very helpful when I purchased my lst class card. Lots of choices for Yoga. Great music. I highly suggest the place, it is wonderful for all levels. Cheryl C
