We offer yoga basics with an introductory yoga class utilizing props--bolsters, blocks, straps--to gently stretch the body and build a strong foundation for your yoga practice.  The class pace is slow, gentle and relaxing.  It is infused with vinyasa and therapeutic elements.  The soothing music and ambient atmosphere will make you feel like you are on vacation. Please be prepared to let go and breathe deeply.  Prenatal modifications available.


There is no need to stop yoga when you are pregnant, you can continue exploration of your Vinyasa yoga practice through core strengthening flows and postures.  These will help you through your pregnancy journey. The class is build around mommies so the intensity, is geared for for all levels.  Honor yourself and enjoy 60 minutes of Hapa Yoga’s relaxation. This gentle and restorative practice will help you gain your balance and alignment and stretching. This is a gentle class that encompasses Hatha, Restorative, and Post-Natal elements.  Pre-Natal is also welcome.
